Initially the aspect of computing I was most interested in was design, which led me into designing web pages and graphics. Since then I have moved on to using different versions of Windows & Macs to more advanced networking operating systems and am now starting to learn Linux which is often used in practical industry networks. I believe you must be versatile and willing to learn in such an ever-changing environment as computing. By learning new graphical programs I also gain flexibility in the way I work so I can be more creative in work I produce. Read More

During the Spring semester of 2013 a survey was conducted with the intention of gathering information on library usage and services used in conjunction with the various departments on campus in the Potsdam NY area.  The survey ask for the respondents department of study, it also asked for the number of hours the respondents used the library in a semester, and the services used in the library during those times, this information was compared to a survey done at Boston University (BU).Read More
